Privacy Policy

1) Summary

We collect only what we need to run BuildAIPolicy: account sign-in details, project data you enter, and payment confirmation from Stripe.

2) What we collect

• Account data: email address and basic profile info from your sign-in provider (Google) or email magic link
• Project data: region, industry, and AI usage details you provide, plus generated outputs
• Payment data: we receive payment status and identifiers from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

3) How we use data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate you and secure your account
• Generate, store, and let you download your policy pack
• Provide support and prevent abuse/fraud
• Improve product quality (in aggregate)

4) What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal data.
• We don’t use your project inputs to advertise to you.
• We don’t claim compliance or legal certification based on your data.

5) Sharing

We share data only with:

• Stripe (to process payments)
• Authentication providers (to sign you in)
• Infrastructure providers needed to host the service

We may disclose information if required by law.

6) Data retention and deletion

We retain account and project data so you can access your projects. You can delete projects (soft delete) from within the app. To request account deletion, email support@buildaipolicy.com.

7) Security

We use standard security practices to protect accounts and data, but no system is 100% secure.
