1) What BuildAIPolicy is

BuildAIPolicy generates a practical internal AI Policy & Risk Pack based on the information you provide (such as region, industry, and how your organisation uses AI). You can preview outputs before paying. Payment unlocks downloads for that specific project.

2) What it is not

BuildAIPolicy does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, or regulatory approval. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting the generated documents for your organisation’s needs.

3) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, non-confidential inputs (do not submit secrets, passwords, or highly sensitive personal data)
• Review outputs before using them internally or sharing externally
• Use the service in a lawful and responsible way

4) Payments and access

• Pricing is shown on the site and may change over time.
• Payments are one-time per project. Once payment is confirmed, downloads for that project are unlocked.
• If there is a payment processing delay, access may unlock once confirmation is received.
• We do not guarantee refunds, but we will review issues case-by-case. Contact support if something went wrong.

5) Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the product, outputs, or these terms over time.

6) Intellectual property

You own the outputs you generate for your projects. We retain ownership of the underlying product, templates, and software.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildAIPolicy is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for losses resulting from your use of the generated documents.
