• We keep your account details, your project answers and the packs we generate, so you can come back to them.
• Our database and servers are in the United States.
• You can delete projects and your account yourself; deleting your account removes your account and projects from our database.
• We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your project answers to advertise to you.
• Please don't put personal information about individuals into your project answers. The pack doesn't need it.

• Your answers are used to write your pack, and kept so you can update it later.
• Your email address and payment details are never included when your pack is written.
• We don't use your answers to advertise to you, or to test our service.

Vercel (hosting, AI Gateway and cookieless analytics), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, and Google Analytics where you allow it), Resend (email) and Inngest (scheduled emails). Each receives only what it needs.

• All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Sign-in uses email links or Google; we don't store passwords.
• Access to our systems is limited, and our forms and downloads are protected against automated abuse.
